So scrumptious! They are fluffy, just the right texture and so easy to make! I took other reader's advice and used a 9x13 pan to bake them in and they turned out wonderfully! I can never roll cinnamon rolls correctly and always cut them really badly, and I did the same here too, but when they rose in the pan they all ended up the same size and looked devine! I have always used my mom's old fashioned recipe for years, where I have to let the dough raise, punch it down and let it raise again, which is fine, but takes forever (and the rolls sometimes end up dry), but this recipe took a lot less time, were very easy to make and are just delicious! My 4 year old shared one with me too and said they are the best cinnamon rolls I ever made! (I had some cream cheese frosting for them too, but I ate mine without it because they are just that good!)
