Egg Salad III

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
I grew up with this as a staple from both my mother and grandmother. We always add just a touch of yellow mustard. It was made in small batches too, 2 eggs at a time usually and way less mayo. I think maybe 1 and 1/2 tsp max.

Dipping Sauce for Artichokes

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2012
This wasn't fully rounded enough for me. Followed the instructions exactly, even used fresh basil from the garden. Just didn't have the right taste.

Company Cheesecake with Amaretto Ginger Crust

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
This turned out great! I substituted my own crust recipe but the cheese cake part is delicious! I'll be saving this one! So moist and fluffy it was heaven in your mouth.

Italian Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
I too added just a pinch of sugar. I also added in a bunch of herbs because they're serving my chicken noodle soup. Using 3 c. whole wheat flour and 4 c. AP flour, the rise was incredible! I thought it was going to spill over my kitchenaid bowl. I split into 5 rounds, although 6 would have worked just as well. This is a winner!
