Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Well.. being a complete moron in the kitchen. I forgot to add the egg and the milk! Still turned out GREAT! I used a whole (small) onion, put the brown sugar mixture on top (and some in the meat). Using the crackers was great. I crushed 1/2 cup and used 1/4 in the recipe and used the rest on the bottom of the pan after reading the reviews on sogginess. (Forgetting the milk solved that problem) Everyone enjoyed it.. even the picky eating princess!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

I had two 5lb roasts that I ended up cooking at the high temp for an hour, then at 200 for about 2 hours. It turned out pretty well though I could have been more adventurous with spicing.

Garlic Pork Roast

I followed that other readers advice with the additional spices and it was GREAT! My guests loved it. The searing is very very important to do well (you need to only learn that lesson once). I will use this one again!

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

I was really scared to make this recipe. I didn't have a double boiler or the 4-4oz ramekins. I made a makeshift boiler and had 2-7oz ramekins. It worked great! I put whipped topping on top and it was a hit! Great dessert to share with your hunny!
