Sweet Potato Pie I
I made this recipe with canned sweet potatoes (yams) and should have reduced the sugar since the yams were sweetened. So, even though mine came out a bit too sweet, this recipe is definitely going into my "make again" file! Sweet potatoes are plentiful, the recipe is easy, nutritious and delicious!
