Megan's Granola
This is the first time I've made this granola. It's very good, but as other people suggested I made some changes. I reduced the brown sugar to 1/3 cup, and honey to 1/4 cup. For next time, I'll keep the honey at 3/4 cup so the mixutre sticks together and you get nice granola clumps. I'd also reduce the sunflower seeds to 1/2 cup. I toasted sweetened coconut and added it at the end. I couldn't get oat bran, so I added ground flax seeds instead. For cooking, I reducced the temperature to 225 degrees and baked for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes. I also divided this recipe into 4 batches and it made the granola crunchy. This recipe is very tasty and easy!!
