Peanut Butter Cake VI

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2013
Even though I didn't have any chocolate chips, this was a wonderful cake! A very good snack cake or dessert for our lunchboxes tomorrow!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2012
I found this recipe to use up some leftover rice from my husband making twice as much as he should have for dinner last night. I made a double batch (yes, he made WAY to much rice last night),and put in a few dashes of cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg at the same time as the raisins. It made a wonderful thick and creamy pudding that even my picky son enjoyed!

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
One of our family favorites! Have to use the Golden Mushroom soup for it to taste right, kind of adds a Lipton Onion Soup Burger taste to it. We always drizzle ketchup over our portions to our own tastes and I like to use seasoned salt instead of the salt and pepper. Great for those picky eaters and if you dice up onions and peppers very tiny, you might just get some veggies in them too!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
My mom has been making this for probably 30 years now and it is a wonderful, fun, easy, family dinner that I now make for my own family! It is not meant to be like a regular pizza dough, that's why it's called Crazy Crust Pizza. I always make it as is and it is full proof. Just make sure you grease your pan throughly, pour in the batter, tilt your pan to coat, and sprinkle on whatever type of meat you want, I find hamburger or crumpled italian sausage to be our favorites. Bake for the recommended time, then take out and put on the sauce and remaining toppings. I made a bacon cheeseburger version and it was GREAT! Used hamburger meat, then topped with ketchup, a mix of shredded cheddar, jack, and colby cheeses, then topped with crumpled bacon. So many possibilities for a great Pizza night with the family!

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
These were AWESOME! I did tweek it a little though. I only wanted to make enough for my family of 4 to have for dessert, so I halved the recipe and since I only had small apples, I quartered them for the 8 dumplings. TI worked out perfectly! So easy and SOOOOO GOOD!
