Ghirardelli® Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes are amazing! Moist and chocolaty, I followed the recipe to a T, using strong espresso and Valor chocolate powder. It's the Spanish equivalent to Ghirardelli. My frosting is perfect and I don't even like frosting! Fantastico! If you love dark chocolate then this is the cupcake for you. Thank you for this recipe, this is going to be my chocolate cup cake recipe for years to come! :D

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

FIVE STARS! This pie tasted like my grandmothers and I was almost crying at the first bite! I made this pie for my first ever pie on Thanksgiving for my family in Spain and it was beautiful. I used Ruth's Grandma's pie crust and I was very pleased with the results. This pie was not difficult to make and my family ate it up. I was so happy to make a delish pie from scratch! But yes, be sure to have your pie prepped before pouring the sauce. I made mine with the classic crust on top and before placing it I added the sauce on top of my apples, added the top crust and sealed and then I brushed the top of my pie with an egg wash and then topped it with cinnamon and sugar, baked 45 min at 350 degrees, it was perfectly cooked. :D

Wow! Just WOW! I love them, simple and delcious, I followed this simple recipe to a T and it´s fantastic! Thank you for helping me bring the holidays into my home, it finally feels like Christmas.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh my gosh these are the best cookies!!! I live in Spain and had a craving for cookies for the holidays and I wanted to make them from scratch. These cookies were wonderful! Even without the nuts. I couldn't find vanilla extract anywhere so I used maple syrup instead, and the outcome is amazing, you can't even tell the difference. If anything, it's better! Crisp edges and chewy centers, I love when the recipe turns out exactly as expected. I will be making these cookies for a long time! :D Thank you!
