Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
I have made this several times and it has been a huge hit every time. My brother suggested using mini chocolate chips instead of putting the chocolate in the blender. This worked out wonderfully and so much easier and less messy than bringing the blender into it. In addition, chocolate graham crackers worked great for the crust. Thank you so much for the recipe!

Golden Crescent Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
I made the dough for these in the bread machine then rolled them out into two pies, cutting each into 8 pie pieces. My children wanted cheese in them. So, we rolled some sliced cheddar into half of them as we rolled them into the crescent shapes and sliced cheddar plus a thin slice of turkey breast into the other half. They were great little sandwiches for our lunch! All of the children want me to make them again soon! Thank you for sharing!

Country Rib Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
This was delicious. I cut back the maple syrup because I only had approximately a tablespoon of it and added a couple tablespoons of honey. It was sweet enough like that! I also increased the boiling time to 20 min. since I had actual boneless country spare ribs and figured they needed some extra tenderizing. The meat wasn't falling apart, but it was good. Thank you!

My Grandmother's French Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2014
We love this recipe. I have altered it a little for my husband who can't eat dairy or soy and he loves it! I substituted the sugar for approximately 4 Tbsp. honey and leave out the blue cheese. I cut back the onion a quite a bit too. I put everything into the food processor which really mixes it up great.

Angel Food Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2008
Just made these using the suggestions found in some reviews. I filled the muffin cups 2/3 full, baked at 350 F for 15 minutes and they were perfect. The first batch puffed up quite a bit. But, I just separated them from the pan right away and they were fine. The second batch didn't stick to the pan at all. They rose right above the top of the paper cup and baked perfectly. Recipe made 3 dozen cupcakes easily!

Dried Cherries and Apple Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
This came out great. I brought it to a family gathering for Christmas and just made it again for Easter. Everyone loves it. The only thing I did was added 2 or 3 more apples than the recipe calls for. The first time I made it, the pie sunk in the middle a little bit. Other than that, the recipe is fantastic!

This macaroni and cheese recipe came out great. Everyone loved it! I put some chopped fresh tomato in there and used a lot less breadcrumbs than recommended. It was delicious! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe.

This meatloaf came out delicious. The brown sugar and ketchup on the bottom turned into a great sauce. We ate almost the entire thing in one meal. Thank you for the great recipe!

Italian Biscotti

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2004
Absolutely delicious! My husband and I both loved it! I am one of those curious types that doesn't like nuts in things, so I pressed sliced almonds into the top of both logs instead of mixing the nuts in. Thanks for sharing!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2003
Absolutely delicious... and so easy to make! Also so easy to change- it's also great with any combination of spinach, broccoli, ham, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, etc. I think the meunster is the key to this delicious recipe!
