I am a retired educator. I worked in real estate sales before teaching. I live in northern California. I love to cook Italian, Asian, German and American food. I don't bake like I used to before retiring. I still bake bread and desserts. Cooking for the holidays comes to mind. I have been cooking for these times since early November. My pies are especially enjoyed by others. These are from my bygone days. I remember as a new bride burning had boiled eggs. Of course that was in the early 1950's.
