Ground Beef Enchiladas

I'm from Texas and with all the Mexican restaurants around me, I have grown to demand authentic, spicy Mexican food and know what's good and what's not in town. Even though this recipe isn't authentic at all and was probably invented by somebody from the North, I did make changes. I made spicy enchilada sauce with chili powder, cracked red pepper, and many other spices and dipped each tortilla entirely in there before filling. I then added the meat and cheese, chicken soup and sour cream mix in the tortilla, closed the tortilla and topped it with that mix and then drizzled the red sauce over that. They were phenomenal.

Easy Tuna Casserole

Instead of macaroni, I used egg noodles. I also added a can of peas and cream of mushroom soup. I used a lot more cheese than the recipe called for. As for the tuna, I used one can but that wasn't enough. Next time I'll use two and a half cans and give the other half of one can to my cat.

Easy Mexi-Cheese Dip

If I could give this recipe a 0 I would. The mushroom soup took way all the taste from the cheese leaving nothing but the mushroom taste. I had a guest over for dinner and he not only complained about it, he also put extra spices in the dip to be able to get a cheese dip taste out of it. He told me never to make that again while he was over.

Italian Herb Bread I

I used this bread as a pizza crust and it was the best crust I have ever eaten. I cut the recipe in half because I couldn't fit 6 cups of bread flour in my bread machine and it was still enough to make a large pizza.
