Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I loved this recipe, and made a delicious alfredo spinach clam pizza with it, using wheat flour. The crust was too thick, though, and next time, I will use this recipe to make TWO pizzas.

Vegan Cupcakes

Liked the texture, did not care for the flavor. It may just be my kitchen, but the cupcakes tasted heavily of flour. We're adjusting the recipe to see what works. Such as lowering the amount of flour, adding more vanilla and sugar. I want people to taste my cupcake and be shocked that it's vegan, not think, "Well, it IS vegan." As an avid baker, and recently turned vegan, I'm looking for a recipe good enough to replace my infamous brownies. The quest continues. The only thing we changed was the oil, as we didn't have coconut oil. This recipe is a great starting point, though.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

I think this recipe is an excellent basis for a modified recipe, but alone, I didn't like this at all. I'm a baker, recently vegan, and this cake was not sweet enough. Also, it smelled like fish. I went in with an open mind, but non-vegans won't like this at all. I'm planning on doubling the sugar next go around to see if it improves, but if not, I'll be looking for another cake recipe.

Unbelievably Easy and Delicious Vegetarian Chili

Even without cheese, this isn't vegan. The ranch dip mix contains various milk ingredients, including outright buttermilk. I wasn't too upset (didn't realize it wasn't vegan until after I bought everything), as my boyfriend and I aren't strict vegans. It wouldn't have been as good without the ranch mix. I browned garlic and onion in oil before I added the other ingredients, as well as using tofu instead of beef crumbles to save money. The tofu wasn't needed, and I will be making this without any "fake meat" next time - the chili was so good, it didn't need any! This recipe was simple, easy to make, and so delicious! I will definitely be making this for my boyfriend's family (meat eaters). His mom is allergic to soy protein, so it's great that it's so delicious without it! The only negative about this recipe is that I should have doubled it - 6 servings is not enough to feed my boyfriend! I want at least 3 days worth of left overs! It's so good. I commend you on an excellent recipe, but PLEASE specify why this isn't vegan. This is my new go-to food. I'll be making this whenever I go to a BBQ. Those meat eaters won't know what's coming! Who doesn't love chili?!
