Chicken Tacos
delicious. i didnt have lemonade so i used a little pineapple juice and sugar and also added a little taco seaoning. it was most excellent will be making again soon!

Homesteader Cornbread
It turned out wonderfully. Dense but fluffy at the same time. Not too crumby. Where it calls for oil I used half butter-half oil. My husband asked me if it was from a box because the only 'from scratch' cornbread he's had was like a brick :)

Jo Jo Potatoes
Very good recipe, will be doing again soon! The only thing I would do differently is add ALOT more of the spices. My first batch I did this way was the bland one, the second one I added probably double to triple the spice amounts and they turned out perfect. I also added a bit of ceyenne pepper for the subtle spice that most deli potatoes have.
