Easy Mexican Casserole
Fabulous dish! And so easy too. I used ground turkey meat and low fat sour cream to make it less caloric. Worked fine. Also used drained canned tomatoes cuz I didn't have fresh. Used black beans in the cooked turkey meat. Also added onions and chili seasoning to the meat as many reveiwers suggested. My husband couldn't get over how delicios this was and asked for it to be in the regular (frequent) rotation.

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers
Yummy, but the turkey meat doesn't pick up the flavorings of all the added ingedients...so it tasted a little flat compared to the other delicious ingredients. Adding ketchup gave them the missing flavor complexity though...all together that way, the burgers tasted delicious. Maybe if I let them sit for a while in the fridge they would develop the flavor depth...?

Absolutely the BEST Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Ever!
Absolutely delicious!! We were eating it out of the bowl immediately - and I'm sure it will get even better as it sits. I'm not even a blue cheese fan and I love it. To sub for the buttermilk, I used milk soured with 1/2 the vinegar called for in the recipe and added fresh lime juice for the rest of the vinegar (had limes in the house and someone else suggested lemon juice). Dressing/dip didn't taste like vinegar or lime juice - the flavers just perfectly well balanced to make an ousttanding blue cheese dressing. THANKS Luckyme9 and everyone who reviewed this recipe before me (and made suggestions)!
