Mmmmmm. Soft and chewy and just plain delicious! Wonderful flavor, texture...all!! EDIT: Tried making these again with some of the tips from the reviews (specifically using 1 3/4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and only 1/2 teaspoon salt...and chilling them for 15 minutes before baking). I thought they tasted the same, but I didn't really feel like there was a difference in the rising so so many reviewer said. They were still relatively thin cookies, but equally delicious. I did cook them on parchment paper, which really helps keep them soft/chewy. They were even as delicious day 2 and still pretty good/soft (although not AS good) day 3, which is a huge plus for me!
