Such a simple recipe...and it turns out just great! Mostly followed the recipe except for a few modifications that I made after reading previous reviews. Boiled the chicken and vegetables in chicken broth, used just a little more chicken broth in the broth and milk sauce and less butter for the onions. Also added extra spices in the sauce - more pepper, chili flakes, dried oregano and garlic powder. Finally I mixed the chicken and sauce together till the chicken and veggies were coated evenly. Used refrigerated pie crusts for the top and bottom of the pie. Keep them at room temperature for atleast 15 min before rolling them out. Finally, I brushed the top pie crust with egg white for a nice brown color upon baking! Took about 40 min in the oven at 475 degrees and it was so delicious! It wasn't dry as some others mentioned - I think mixing the chicken and sauce before adding to the pan might have done the trick.
