Baked Potato Soup

favorite potato soup. I halfed the pepper, and added some sour cream to soup, also added a splash of white wine vinegar. Everyone love it! Will try it as a broccoli soup too.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

This dish was amazing! Mine turned out pretty lemony, but we liked it that way. You might want to reduce lemon a touch if you are not looking for a lot of lemon flavor. I did add some oregano and pan fry the diced chicken because I was on a time crunch, but it turned out just fine. Thank you so much for such a great, unique recipe!

Honey Fruit Salad

My favorite fruit salad now! The honey seems to enhance the fruits flavor rather than distracting from it. Really good! Took it to a potluck and got rave reviews. Works great with any fruit you have on hand. I used strawberry, blueberry, pineapple and oranges.

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Really good. The only thing I changed was that I did not bread the chicken, then I thickened the sauce with corn starch at the end.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Shepherd's Pie VI

Pretty good. Lacking some flare even though I added garlic, worteshire, salt and pepper to the meat. Next time I'll add some tomato sauce I think. Also added corn.
