Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
Hands down, prepare it this way and you will love it! Make two small patties and place a wad of blue cheese crumbles in the middle. This will prevent the blue cheese from burning away like it does when mixed into the meat mixture. When cooking, the blue cheese flavor will melt throughout. Also, pair it will the "Texas Slaw" by: CINP on this site. Great with or without a bun! Trust me on this! : )

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
I was looking for an easy way out and instead of baking the potatoes for a hour first, I microwaved them for 10 mins. They came out just fine. The mixture did well and the shells held up nicely. I cant imagine taking all that time to bake them in the oven when these were great, even as leftovers!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2007
Wonderful! I added a layer of stove top made spanish rice which added a twist to the flavor. Also, I shredded my chicken after boiling it. Will add this to my favorites : )

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2006
Very delish! I would omit the extra cayenne as it was a little to spicy and I like spice. Also, I ended up needing to cook it longer aobut 10 hours because i was at work. I wouldn't recommend that due to it being pretty mushy as a leftover. WOuld make this again in a heart beat. Used it as soft taco meat...great over minute rice mixed with fresh cilnatro and half of a squeezed lime :)

Monterey Spaghetti

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
Exactly what I expected after reading many of the reviews. Taste was ok--needed "something". SOmewhat bland but still very much edible. I too somehow ended up with a lot of stickiness even after adding cream of chicken soup to smooth it out. I added some chicken broth and served with diced tomoatos to liquify things. WIll make this again out of convenience but sure wouldn't make to entertain friends.

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2003
I made this soup as directed with a change in the sausage. I wanted a more meatier soup so I used a whole "roll" of Bob Evans Spicy ground sausage. It was fabulous. I cant imagine eating it with just a little as the recipe calls for. I served with french bread. Magnifico!
