EZ Peanut Butter Pie II

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
OMG this was sooo awesome. My daughter has been doing very well in school and begged for this. I was stunned. The other version from this site was good but hard and expensive to make. I used the instant pudding and then used my mixer to avoid clumps. Perfect consistency and yummy. I topped it with peanut butter chips and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Done in 15 mins tops. I also used a chocolate crust. Now she wants me to make it for every month for her good school work reward!!! I made this for less then $5~awesome on tight budgets!

Butter Frosting

Awesome recipie. I was making an angel food cake and didn't know what to put on it. I substituted the vanilla extract for hot chocolate powder! *the same kind that you use to make the hot chocolate you drink (i put in about 3 heaping tablespoons of hot chocolate mix which helped the texture also)* It was soooo easy and went well even tho it is a bit sweet the chocolate and the light angel cake balanced well!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2003
I feel i am being generous when i give this 2 stars because as it turned out my hubby and i were the only ones in the dinner party we had that absolutely had to have PB&J for dinner instead. I just didnt care for it. But to be fair it could have been something i did although i dont think so. I always read the ratingsand at least for me, my hubby said the mustard smell alone turned him off...but the guests said it was "really good" but i honestly think they were being nice as they didnt have (or ask for) seconds (and they are all BIG eaters). BUT OH WELL thats the chance you take when you try something new...BTW it took like 3 times longer to cook (i used thighs that were completely thawed)however it was fast to prepare as it said but i started cooking at 6pm and was still waiting at almost 10pm. My 4 yr old who loves chicken wouldnt even eat it the next day for lunch the leftovers went in the trash!:(
