Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
I loved this, my husband did not. The brussels apple ratio was off... way more apple and I only did 1.5- great idea thanks!

Little Broccoli Bites

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2012
Excellent! I followed advice of others and seasoned them more as well as flattened them a little. Great base recipe! I used fresh broccoli, fresh parsley, fresh onion, plain bread crumbs and all sorts of seasonings. Will certainly make these again!

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2012
This was the first thing I have made since starting to be a serious cook that my husband had more of! He kept saying "Go# Dam&" and rated it a 9.8... prior to this my highest was 8.2 :) I did it to a T except used a can of drained diced tomatoes.

Wowza! Very awesome! Very spicy, but probably because I added red pepper flakes. I also used someones suggestion of adding a dash of sugar and a tablespoon of vinegar. Thank you!!!!

Freaking delicious! Thank you! We used very thin chops, pounded them out more and rolled the stuffing up, same cook time and they were slightly over done.

My Husband's Pad Thai Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2013
This was very good, but VERY spicy! I even left out the chili oil, and holy cow it was hot! I ended up using almost a cup of melted creamy peanut butter with some rice vinegar and brown sugar and stirred that in.... still spicy, but much easier to eat. This also made a very large quantity. Lastly, I am no major chef, but the prep time an this was about 60-75 minutes.... this is no quick weeknight meal. BUT, again, thank you so much for posting!

Jalapeno Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
Totally amazing! I am a creature of stuffed chicken, but I thought I would try this one... so glad I did! I used 4 chicken breasts and the seasoning was perfect to really cake it on! I also added a dash of red pepper flakes to the rub too. This is great with a side of fruit salad. Thank you!!!

Cajun Roast Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
Very good! Like most other reviews, do not cook that long! We did a 3lb roast on low for 2.5 hours and my husband would have preferred some pink and there was none. We also did extra garlic and red pepper flakes-- we love spice! Great recipe.
