Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2002
This was delicious and not too spicy at all. It has a refreshingly different flavor from all the usual "terriyaki" style marinades! We make this often!

This was fabulous! I made this along with several other appetizers on Christmas Eve and this went first. I had several requests for this recipe and will definitely be making this again. Thank you for the great recipe!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2002
I have made this a few times now and it is excellent! I've used both regular Italian sausage and homemade spicy Italian sausage.

Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2002
This is a favorite! I usually halve the recipe for smaller groups because it's pretty rich. I use corned beef from the deli and assemble it ahead of time.

Great salmon! One of the best we've tried from this site. We cooked this on the grill and it turned out fabulous.

Slow Cooker Maple Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2003
I thought these lacked a little in flavor even though I doubled up on the spices and used fresh garlic instead of garlic powder. The ribs turned out tender and juicy though.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2003
I tried cooking this on the grill in a foil pan. Despite 10 degree temps. and 40 mile per hour winds, my husband said this was the BEST fish he's ever had! Thank you Phoebe

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2003
I made this to go with Broiled Tilapia Parmesan tonight and it was a winner. I didn't add the cashews because I didn't have any. (We didn't miss them and I would not add them next time either.)

Spinach and Tortellini Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2003
Fantastic! I've made this a few times and it is always a big hit. I use baby spinach and I don't bother cooking it. I just toss it in. When the spinach is mixed in the salad, the dressing naturally wilts as if it were cooked. I would highly recommend doing it this way.

Antojitos Minis

Loved this! I spooned the mixture into Tostitos Scoops instead of cutting the tortillas into circles to save time. They were wonderful!

Cranberry Pork Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2003
My husband was not a big fan of meals cooked in the slow cooker until I made this recipe. He loved it. I did use brown sugar and cut the amount in half as others suggested. I also added some chopped onion and fresh garlic. To help cut the sweetness, I also added a can a chicken broth.
