I made this recipe to top homemade banana chocolate chip cupcakes. The frosting turned out perfectly. I followed the recipe exactly as it's written. I used the whisk attachment for my kitchen aid stand mixer. I made sure the butter was softened. I whipped the pb and butter for about 5 min, scraping down the bowl occasionally. I gradually added the powdered sugar and scraped down the bowl occasionally. I beat it on high speed for about 5 minutes and then added 1tbs of skim milk at a time, using 3 total. I continued to beat on high for a few more minutes. It's fluffy and perfect. Makes enough for about 24 cupcakes.
