Thai Curry Tofu

This is beyond yummy. Husband and I have been trying to cut out meat so this creamy tofu dish hit the spot. Will definitely make again. BTW I did not add the cilantro because I did not have any on hand and it still turned out great.

This is good. Had to cut out the butter because it made it a tad bit too oily when I made it the first time. But has since made it twice and will make again.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

My auntie has been making this recipe for years, but of course like most old school cooks they cannot give you the portions. lol. But this turned out great. Her recipe is a little more creamy so I might ad a little bit more sour cream and butter next time.

Simple Pasta Salad

This was good! I did not use a whole bottle of italian dressing. That to me would of been too much. I also used some carrots and red onion as opposed to the green onions. Will definitely make again.
