Follow the recipe exactly! I used 1/4 cup to measure before dropping on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Space at least 3 inches apart because they really spread out. Cook for 17 minutes max. They were still so wet & soft when I took them out that I thought they weren't cooked at all. I let them cool on the Trey because they were too soft to even get off the Trey. About 20 minutes later they were PERFECT! I stored them in a jar with lid that isn't air tight and 3 days later they are still amazing. Perfect texture that doesn't fall apart and isn't crunchy or dry!
