Caramelized Butternut Squash Soup
Loved this recipe. Only change I made was i used 5% cream as that's all I had on hand. Husband loved it too - super filling!!

Honey Garlic Ribs
I didn't change this recipe but I did add chicken wings to a second tray. Everything tasted good although I would have liked it a tiny bit sweeter. My kids LOVED them and son even had 3rds. We normally have ribs and wings on the BBQ but I wanted something in the oven as it was really cold out :)

Healthier Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I made these potatoes twice over the holidays and they were a big hit! The only changes I made was that I didn't peel the potatoes and used white potatoes over russet, I mixed 1 cup light cream and 1 cup skim milk and instead of all cheddar, i used half 4 cheese Italiano (Kraft) and the other cheddar. These were awesome and were gobbled up fast!
