Cream Cheese Frosting II

Baked Haddock

Great recipe - simple and delicious! I have made this with several different types of white fish but the haddock is by far our favorite. Also, I did make one slight alteration - when melting the butter (over stove), I add freshly crushed garlic. yummm

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

I really liked this recipe - adding the garlic to the butter is genius. I also used skinless, boneless and it worked great. I will try another suggestion to cook at slightly higher temp for less time. I did not have a problem with crispiness but I sprayed the tops of chicken with a bit of olive oil cooking spray before putting into the oven. I will definitely make this again but with a bit less salt - for my taste.

Nanna's Banana Bread

I really liked this recipe. My husband doesn't care for banana bread with chunks and the blender did the trick. I did add more bananas and a bit of cake spice. I will definitely make this again. Thank you!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

This recipe was delicious and very easy. I substituted the chocolate chips for mini semi-sweet M & M's because that's what my son wanted, but they were still delicious. Also, I did not have unsalted butter so I used salted butter but reduced the salt in the recipe to 1/4 tsp. Thanks for the great recipe!

wow! simply delicious. I too made half the recipe using 2 eggs and 4 bananas as others suggested. I added a 1/4 tsp of cake spice which added a bit of...well, spice. =) Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Super easy and tasted wonderful. I did make a couple of additions: 1/2 Tbs onion & garlic powder and 1/4 Tbs celery salt. My hubby and I love mushrooms so I used creme of chicken & mushroom soup.
