My first recipe from this site was Creamy Chicken on Linguine, very lovely and very fun to make doing it by yourself.
My cooking tragedies
Often Egg Flower/Drop soup, it's either too much starch (often I use tapioca), or too much egg. Also I let the broth evaporate much of itself away, and there results a bloaty, bile-looking mess. :(
Scrambled eggs, sometimes they are too oily (olive oil of any kind)--I accidentally put too much or add too much seasoning (chicken bouillon).
