My cooking triumphs
My first recipe from this site was Creamy Chicken on Linguine, very lovely and very fun to make doing it by yourself.
My cooking tragedies
Often Egg Flower/Drop soup, it's either too much starch (often I use tapioca), or too much egg. Also I let the broth evaporate much of itself away, and there results a bloaty, bile-looking mess. :( Scrambled eggs, sometimes they are too oily (olive oil of any kind)--I accidentally put too much or add too much seasoning (chicken bouillon).

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
It's real quick and easy, and absolutely delicious and rich. After a few tries at it, I decided to add some cayenne and a few dashes of sriacha sauce. I like mine a a bit spicy, but it's honestly great with or without my preference.

No Bake Double Good Dessert
My mom liked this, despite that she doesn't have a sweet tooth. Real easy too.
