Absolutely Amazing Brownies! The best I've tried, and I've tried nearly all brownie recipes. :p My only mods were an extra half Tablespoon of Corn Syrup (lets call it Two Heavy Tablespoons) and an extra Teaspoon of Vanilla. Meh.... not worth mentioning :) This recipe stands well on its own.

Basic Fondue

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

WoW! This was terrific! No matter what you do to suit your personal preference (I skipped the bananas, added marshmallows and used less sour cream), but I'm sure it'll turn out great. I drained my fruit as well for a couple hours prior to adding the dressing. , this was good! Going to eat more right now :)

Cream Corn Like No Other

Never Fail Pie Crust II

Absolutely the best pie crust ever! Everyone loved it and also said it was the best they ever had. But like many others, I roll mine out, it's nice having the option tho.

White Chocolate Blondies

First, I've literally tried every brownie recipe in existence! I love brownies! :) but I simply can't agree with any of the negative comments on this particular recipe. To me, these are the best brownies, blonde or otherwise, *period*. I would highly recommend trying it at least once exactly as it's written, then decide for yourself :)

Plain Caramel Apples

Just like one you'd get at the state fair! My only comment would be this... consider what kind of sauce pan you use. I had a hard time coating the last two apples. There was a lot of caramel left, but no way to dip it. I kind of had to paint the caramel onto the apples. The last couple weren't too pretty ;) LOL

Dry Rub for Ribs

Excellent! I'm sure it could be improved, but it's really good as it is, and simple... like all great recipes. Salting too early? This is a controversial subject. I don't buy into it because I've done my own testing. I recommend everyone make their own decision.

Homesteader Cornbread

Never given a bad review before, and I wonder if I somehow did something wrong, but no. I followed this to a tee. The Cornbread turned out heavy and uncooked, back into the oven for more than what ended up to be twice the cooking time, still just a big pan full of heavy wet dough.
