As an aspiring Baker, I'm really seeing the benefits in the outcome of the things I cook or bake as I replace store-bought ingredients with homemade ones!  Carefully, of course -- I don't want to throw in anything that I'm not completely sure is safe to do. My favorite things to cook
I mostly prefer to bake. My dream is to become an Expert at baking gourmet mini cakes. I was inspired by the many kinds I've seen in Japanese bakery shop photos. If you google "japanese bakery" and check out the images, you'll see what I mean! *^_^*

Stuffed Bell Peppers My Father's BBQ My Mom's Chitterlings & Pigs Feet (which I obvously shouldn't eat much of, but OH my gosh it's always been so -YUM-)

Pan-Fried Asparagus
I've never made asparagus before, though I've always enjoyed it at restaurants. I'm surprised at how easy it is to make it good! Thanks for this recipe.

Deep South Fried Chicken
It was so good, I could've become teary-eyed knowing that I made it myself! I could never fry chicken the way I wanted to before this recipe. Out of habit, I added a few onion ring halves on the top of the chicken while they fried; this recipe itself is what made it all come together perfectly. Thanks so much!!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
So Good! Cooking the noodles directly in the chicken water was a new tip for me. I was very impressed. And it'll last my family for days, which is perfect for me because I'm not able to cook every day. Thanks so much!
