Addicting Chip Dip

I DOUBLED the amount of anchovy paste, DOUBLED the grated onion and DOUBLED the garlic, chilled for 12 hours and this was still a pretty bland dip. Not bad, but in no way ADDICTING! I pretty much had a full bowl left by the end of the party!

Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups

This is a good recipe...but. I would double the filling ingredients and spread a bit thicker! I added fresh cilantro and minced jalepeno and had rave reviews. Still I would have like a better amount of filling...and be careful to spread on the entire tortilla!!
