4 stars for being delicious, healthy and easy to cook. Changed the serving number from 2 to 3 then fallowed the directions almost to the letter. The only changes I did were substituting sliced green peppers for parsley and holding the mushrooms in the broth until the end when its poured on the chicken. Everyone complimented me on the food!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

I over-cooked them just a bit but still tasty. Sry, no pics on these. Easy to make, healthier then french fries and kid-friendly:)

Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I made this in a large stove pot. Fallowed the general directions but doubled the celery and carrots. Added 1 clove garlic-chopped and chicken broth istead of water and bouillon. The stock ended up only filling 2c so I used canned broth for the other 8c. Xtra salt & pepper for flavor. The egg noodles do a great job soaking up the chicken flavor. Not specified: Cover pot while simmering 3o min, add noodles, turn up heat to Med-High for 5 min, then back down to Med for final 5. Stir. + S&P 2taste!

Basic Quiche by Shelly

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
Great non-traditional way to start your day! Quick, easy and filling. Mix ingrediants, pop in oven, get ready for day, take out quiche and boom! Add chopped peppers, mushrooms or sausage bits for zest!

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
Creamy and Delicious! This recipe is more time consuming than opeing up a jar of alfredo sauce but if you are organized and enjoy cooking, you'll be fine. Advice, give yourself a good 30-45 minutes to measure & chop ingrediants and poach your chicken before you begin. Enjoy!

Bacon and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
This was an odd recipe. I'm a fan of chicken, bacon, fetta cheese and spinach however somehow something was amiss. Perhaps I over-cooked or over-stuffed the chicken (see picture) as it was a bit dry. However, I'm glad to have tried it. Wouldn't make again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2012
I've used this recipe a few times and each time it never fails to recieve reviews from my family! The white-meat chicken pieces boil thoroughly yet stay moist and the vegitables bake while keeping a bit of crispness. The pepper and chicken broth give the mixture a delicious zing but its the crust that brings everything together! I'd recommend Marie Calander's pie crust.

easy to make but takes longer than toasting bread lol. the mixture smells delicious (when changed the servings to "2") Fluffy and sweet with the combination of surup and powdered sugar…mmmm….. add berries for a pretty twist!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
I just made this for my parents, we three ate it for dinner. They raved about it! Not sure if they were being overly polite but they wouldn't have said it if they didn't at least enjoy the recipe. I loved the warm cheesyness and the contrast between the crunch and softness of the eggplant. Not sure if i cooked it too long because I anticiapated it being softer (like cooked broccoli.) Despite my qualms I would definately make this again and it will be a go-to veggitarian meal.
