Never been a big foodie till recently, when I learned how much farming and the grocery industry effects our culture and the environment. I started with the notion of a healthy diet and now seek to enlighten other's to the benifits of home gardening.
My favorite things to cook
Vegitable Stir-Frys, Poached Fish or Meat, Big Salads and Sushi….but my achilies heal is Pasta!
My cooking triumphs
Mushroom Soup or Sushi (both long and difficult to prepare)
My cooking tragedies
Spending time and money to make a special fish dinner for friends, only to find out they all hated fish! (they all loved my home-made cheese cake, which was a bitter-sweet triumph)
