I have read many reviews and my first change was I made this a "Pressure Cooker Stroganoff", rather than a "Slow Cooker". I used double the meat and double the gravy ingredients... this was my only mistake. There was too much gravy. I also didn't have mushrooms, but will add them next time. That will be my only other modification to what I had done already. I coated the meat in flour and browned it in a separate pot. At the same time, I sweat the onions in the pressure cooker. I used a boullion cube and an entire package of onion soup mix. I added garlic, worstechire and pepper, but no salt because the onion soup, worstechire and boullion have plenty. I added the browned meat to the gravy mixture and heat the pressure cooker on high until full pressure and then turned it down low for 60 minutes. The meat just fell apart in your mouth. Delicious!
