Yellow Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2003
I made this as a side dish and it looked so yummy. Nicely browned, and had a great texture. My husband and I are not much for yellow summer squash but my Sister and Dad had both given me some from their garden. We both did not like it -way to sweet - maybe because I used sweet onions - Not sure

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2003
I made this tonight for dinner with a salad - It was Awesome ! My husband LOVED it, I also thought it was Delicious! I will definately add this one to my favorites and will make it again and again. UPDATE - I make this always as it is in recipe but sometimes I double the sauce - I like my meat covered when making it in the crock pot. With the extra sauce, add sautéed sweet onions and heat on stove for a wonderful onion soup. YUMMY !!!! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe - so easy and so yummy !!

Best Ever Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2003
My Husband and I have had this a few times now. Very easy to make - We both liked it and my husband does not usually care for casseroles. I like the added crunch of the water chestnuts.I just think it needs flavor - maybe garlic ? Thank you for sharing your recipe, Mary

I made this last night for dinner - used Chicken Leg quarters - no skin - and also had it with rice. It carmelized nicely and the chicken was so tender.Very good flavor !! My husband also liked it.I made it in a slow cooker-on bake at 375 and put it outside cause have the air on - it is so hot outside. It was great - Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Rib Eye Steaks with a Soy and Ginger Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2003
This recipe is Great ! My husband and I have tried this 4 times now - He actually requested it yesterday, definately a keeper. We don't usually marinade rib eye steaks because they are so tender anyway - but this is a nice change. Excellent Flavor !! And Oh Sooo Tender ! UPDATE - we never use to marinate ribeyes but we use this all the time now - the flavor is so good and it is so tender / just cooking steaks with seasoning just isn't the same. Thank you for sharing this recipe. Awesome !!!
