Even better than I expected. I only made a few minor adjustments to the original recipe. I used 1 whole onion, canned diced tomatoes (undrained), 3 chopped celery stalks, 1/2 beef and 1/2 chicken bouillon, Italian seasoning and dried parsley, omitted the salt, and substituted 2 cups of the water with some thick home-canned, lightly-seasoned tomato juice. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe, and it turned out to be very flavorful! The next day I added some leftover ground beef that had been sauteed with Rotel...really good! Next time I make it, I'll add hamburger to begin with! Great low-carb recipe!
