Taco Seasoning I
I use this recipe faithfully! I quadruple it to have enough for a few meals. The only adjustment I make is I use half Tony Chachere's Seasoning Salt and half regular kosher salt for the salt adds a little kick. Thanks for sharing!

Grilled Salmon I
I made this recipe using swai fish...the frozen kind, so nothing fancy. It came out absolutely delicious! The only thing I did differently was 1) I baked it for about 25 minutes on 400 degrees with about 75% of the marinade drizzled on top and 2) I added green onions to the marinade (because I love green onions). They complimented the favors nicely...this a new staple for my fish recipes!!! P.S. I tried it with frozen salmon filets (sans green onions) previously...the swai turned out better.

Yin-Yang Salmon
I make this allll the time...I have tried it with tilapia & swai as well and it is always great! It is a staple fish recipe and I just use regular old Frank's hot sauce. I also use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh and its still great. Only change I make is I season the fish before I pour on the sauce. I serve it with broccoli & mashed potatoes and it is always a hit! Thank you for giving me a consistent, awesome fish recipe!
