Golden Crescent Rolls
Lessons learned with this recipe- Do not use rapid rise yeast. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Yeast are sugar monsters according to a chef I took a cook class from at Sur La Table Yeast will take longer to rise for some reason on this recipe. My experience was over night. Tried both wheat and white flour same result...long wait. Overall my recipe came out great. See my pic. It's the heart shaped bread. It rose greatly while baking. Due to the sugar, had a nice "sweet" flavor almost like Hawaiian bread. I also ran out of regular flour and used cake flour so that was probably a big no-no.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
Made this with boneless skinless breast fillets. I also did not have enough honey. Used molasses and everything turned out great. Followed advice of others and cooked the sauce to a boil. I poured it over the fillets after I cut them up into bite size pieces. I baked at 400 degrees first. I then lowered to 385 degrees. Got the color I wanted and the taste. I can see adding orange zest and a little brown sugar. I did use a little brown sugar Truvia. This is a keeper. I took a close up so you could see how brown the chicken was right out of the oven.

Italian Style Turkey Meatloaf
Simple and Delicious! I added turkey italian sausage (the big ones not the breakfast ones)and added a few dashes of worchestshire sauce. Followed the rest of the recipe and it was the best.
