Cajun Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

This so VERY good. I used low sodium chicken broth and i gotten a rotisserie chicken from the deli and put that in it insteed of cooking chicken. This is a keeper forever!!!

Hash Brown Casserole II

I love this casserole, but what I do alittle bit different for the topping I would use frosted flakes. Melt 1/2cup butter and about a cup of frosted flakes --smash the frosted flakes and pour the butter of them and mix them up. Then put ontop of hashbrowns. It gives it a sweet taste with frosted flake really good
