Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
This is the best carrot cake we have ever had - chunky and full of tasty ingredients. My grandmother, who thinks she knows every recipe there is, insisted I give this one to her!

Much much better than anticipated! Raves from the guys too. Very easy, and kept well in the fridge.

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2003
This received rave reviews from everyone! I made it the night before, and like other reviewers, it is a good idea to make sure the bread is thoroughly soaked. I will definately make this again!

Zucchini Relish

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2003
Quick & easy, but I may have added too much cilantro-it was quite strong the first day. Also, the zucchini tends to get softer/mushier as time goes on. But very tasty, and an alternative way to use your zucchini!
