Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

These are awesome! It does take about 40-45 minutes to cook these, be patient, you want your bacon crispy. Don't change anything. DELICIOUS!

School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls

Finally, the recipe for rolls like we use to get in the school cafeteria! I did use rapid rise yeast for this. I used my stand mixer and dough hook and let it do all the work. Make the rolls a good size (golf ball). I also found that using a round pie/cake pan worked better than a baking dish as the rolls rose more evenly. Yummy!

Filipino Lumpia

Great basic recipe. I would suggest adding spices to get the taste where you really want. Also try rolling out the wrappers so they are super thin, and then cut in half along the length of the wrap. The lumpia will be long and thin; cut in half before frying. Provides a thinner and crispier roll.

Fry Bread Tacos II

These were great! We only get them at the fair every year. I did follow recommendations of others and only used about 1/2 cup of dough and rolled them VERY thin (1/8 inch) and they turned out beautifully.
