This was great! I added cranberries to my mix. I also used turkey bacon. No seasonings needed. Great dish. Thanks for sharing!

Paleo Coconut Curry Stir Fry

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
I was only cooking for myself, so I did half of everything. I had a cup of coconut milk, Three tsp of lime juice, 2 tsp of fish sauce, tsp red curry paste, tsp of ground ginger, and sprinkled garlic powder heavily on top. I didnt have oyster sauce but it worked great with out it. I served it with tilapia and 8 shrimp over brown rice. This was delish!! Thanks for the recipe!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
This is fabulous! Love It. There is a couple things that I did differently. I cooked the rice with a special rice cooker I have, to make sure it was cooked FULLY. I only used 1 1/2 cup of cooked rice, which it a little confusing in the directions. Wasn't sure if she was referring to the uncooked rice amount. Next time, so there isn't so much left overs, I'd would just cook a 1/2 cup of rice. I cooked this very slowly, since this is my first time ever making it. I would suggest reducing the amount of sugar. It is very sweet. I also halved the amount of vanilla, since I am not a big fan, and it was a perfect amount. Thank you! You have fixed my sweet tooth!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2014
I know I am not a great baker, but if you make something four times, you are bound to get something correct. I've followed each direction, step by step. I have no idea what I am doing wrong My bread isn't rising, they are heavy, and I can not cook them all the way without them burning. I give up. This is my last try, I'll never be making this again.

Rachael's Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2013
This was quick and easy. I made some small changes. I browned the chicken with onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme. I also added a tablespoon of flower before adding the liquids to thicken the sauce but not on the chicken. If you add it after the liquids till get clumpy. Then mixed 1/2 cup of white cooking wine, with a cup of chicken broth. I let it simmer until it thickened up. Served with shrimp and brown rice was Perfecto!
