Princess Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
SO GOOD! I made the recipe as written. People who ate them said they were better than delicious. The lemon flavor is so nice, and they're wonderfully soft. I rolled some in white sugar, some in turbinado sugar, and left some plain. They were all good! I love these cookies!

Frozen Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
I made a few errors with these that turned out okay! Firstly, I totally forgot the topping. Secondly, I didn't set the timer so they overcooked to a dark brown, and they were GREAT! I was so worried they would be burnt, but they were crispy and nice on the outside, and soft and white on the inside. Wonderful! I love these muffins! Don't be afraid to cook them a little longer.

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
Yum! These are great! I didn't even freeze my butter, just got it straight out of the fridge and used a pastry blender. They came out wonderfully! And they keep well for a week.

Spiced Applesauce Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
This is absolutely wonderful. It smells great and is really moist. I can store it for at least a week and it's still great! I usually don't put in the pecans because I like the smooth texture without them. It's quite dense but I like that!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
I literally created an AllRecipes account to praise this coffee cake! It is absolutely wonderful. It goes together in no time and is super delicious. You can use any sour cream, even that tub in the back that's accidentally gotten frozen. My one tip is this: under no circumstances should you let the cinnamon filling touch the pan! Make a little rut all around the batter, carefully spoon in the cinnamon mixture, and carefully dollop the remaining batter on top. There should always be dough in between the cinnamon and the pan, or patches will stick to the pan when you turn the cake out. I LOVE this cake and I've made it 4 times now. Thank you!
