These were exceptionally delicious cookies. I made exactly by the recipe and they came out perfect. I used my small 1TBSP scoop and also my 2TBSP scoop and they both came out great!

Toasted Party Mix

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2013
Used the recipe as is and it is inedible. We like salt but this is beyond salty. If I ever make it again I would use garlic powder or onion powder. I added a little more butter, several cups of cereal and re-heated to try to salvage it. Other than too salty the taste was good.

Soft Apple Butter Delights

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2012
I made the batter exactly following the recipe. I baked this in a 9X13 cake pan and frosted with buttercream. Absolutely delicious! My husband said fantastic! I baked at 350 degrees for about 45 min.

Sourdough Buckwheat Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
I made these this morning and they were very good. Not at all sour (may be due to my starter). I followed recipe exactly. Didn't have much taste of ginger. I might add more vanilla and ginger next time.

Red Velvet Cake I

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
My rating is for the frosting. Absolutely delicious! Smooth, creamy, fluffy and great taste. Followed the recipe exactly. Didn't make this cake tho. Frosting was easy but time consuming because of the beating time. Well worth it!

Cooky Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
I made these today exactly from the recipe. They are delicious! My husband loved them. I agree with the other reviewer who said if you haven't made the recipe exactly as written don't expect the same results. I like to read the reviews for ideas but if you haven't made them you can't really add anything.

We made this using whole wheat starter and substituted 1 cup whole wheat flour for 1 cup white flour. Absolutely delicious! Light color and texture was perfect.

Corn Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
I made this exactly like the recipe EXCEPT I added another can of cream style corn. It was absolutely delicious. My family enjoyed it for Christmas lunch and the casserole was clean, no leftovers at all, which is fairly unusual. My granddaughter made this in January for a party and everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe!

This is terrific! My son brought me fresh lemons from a tree where he lives and they were juicy! I had plenty of fresh juice and this turned out great

OU Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2004
This was a wonderful dish. Everyone loved it, even my grandchildren! So easy and some thought it tasted like the corn cake at Mexican restaurants. I made this for Christmas dinner and it was a hit!

Paige's Feta Slaw

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2004
This was really terrific. I made it for Christmas dinner. My daughter, who is not a big eater, ate three helpings of this. I used a head of green cabbage, regular onion and added some green pepper. It was fantastic!

Potatoes Romanoff

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2004
This recipe is fantastic. I made for Christmas dinner and everyone liked it. It was fairly quick and easy and actually I made it ahead and put in fridge, then baked right before dinner. I used Velveeta cheese and put a little grated Cheddar on top. I omitted the green onion and used a little onion powder because my family don't all like green onions. Excellent recipe!

Grain and Nut Whole Wheat Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2004
This pancake batter is definitely too thin. I've made lots of pancakes and I think there should be more flour. I added 1/2 cup all purpose flour and they were better. However, my husband and I thought they were very good. I was hoping to find a recipe like the whole grain pancakes at IHOP. These are similar.

Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2003
This is a good and easy recipe BUT definitely needs more seasoning. I added lots of salt and pepper and it was delicious. I gave this recipe to my son for a barbeque and he made it before I did and I didn't realize it needed salt so needless to say it wasn't that great. I was really disappointed since he is not a seasoned cook and therefore didn't realize he should taste it and perhaps change the recipe.
