Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I do not know how to cook fish!!!!I recently started dating a pecetarian (fish and vegies only) and was terrified to make dinner for him. This was the first dinner I have cooked for him and it was so easy and he LOVED it. PHEW!!! I broiled it on foil and sprayed the foil with cooking spray...other than that I didnt change a thing...YUMMY!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta
This was delicious!! I cooked the pork chops to 150 degrees and I added cut pieces of asparagus with the tomatos for some extra color- beautiful and easy

Cajun Chicken Pasta
My entire family loved,dad,sister and brother!They all bragged about what a great cook I am (hee hee) I'm not a fan of green bell peppers so I subsituted asparagus for color and used the whole red bell pepper,I used regular whipping cream instead of heavy, and couldnt find cajun so I used blackening season. YUMMY!!
