I used whole milk, 1/2 package of feta, and added 1 tablespoon of butter. I pureed the entire thing. Very easy and quick.

Autumn Spiced Butternut Squash Bread

Thanks! This is one of the best quick bread recipes I've found on here. The only change I made was to use splenda instead of sugar. It rose well and cooked evenly on the inside and the outside.

Hummus Chicken

I cooked it on the stovetop and added green olives. I used 20 oz chicken breast tenderloins and an entire container of hummus. It was very good, but I think 1/2 cup of hummus isn't enough.

No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

Thanks! This was easy to make and pretty cheap. I reduced the filling by 25% and it fit my pie crust perfectly. I used splenda instead of sugar and fat free evaporated milk.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

I found this to be very bland. It was edible, but the appearance was pretty ugly, so there's no way I would serve it to guests or bring it to a potluck. I do like the combination of spices because it's different from your typical nutmeg and cinnamon pumpkin bread.

Apple and Cheddar Stuffed Chicken

I used 20 ounces chicken and 3 medium-sized apples. I diced the chicken and cooked it in oil on the stove top. My mistake was to use 2 tbs olive oil. WAY too greasy. 1 tsp, as the recipe suggests, would have been better. Overall, the flavor was good.

Ground Beef Yorkshire

I made this in a 9-inch pie plate. I thought the flavor was okay, but would add more seasonings next time. I added 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and did not have a problem with my dough rising. I think next time I will decrease the flour to 3/4 cup and the milk to 1 cup.
