Baked Fruit Dip

This was something really different and I was surprised at how good it tasted. Everyone at the party enjoyed it. It made a little too much food though. We dipped crackers in it.

Big Ed's Cajun Shrimp Soup

I made this as written except that I left out the butter and used only 1/2 lb of shrimp (that was all I had). It tasted good and was easy to make, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Mediterranean Fish Soup

I left out the mushrooms, but did everything else as written. I was surprised how good it was. It was very different with the olives and orange juice, but had a good flavor.

Chickpea and Tomato Soup

Very bland. I had to use 3 bouillon cubes instead of 3 to give it any flavor. Otherwise it was just like beans and tomatoes floating around in water. I will make it again, but with my changes.

Thank you. I've looked all over for a healthier macaroni and cheese recipe and this is the only one I could find. Very tasty and not as full of fat as most recipes for this dish are.

Best-Ever Meatloaf

I made this just as written except I doubled the celery and left out the carrot. It was okay, but too bland--it mainly just tasted like tomato sauce. I would add more seasonings to it if I made it again and more vegetables.

Cream of Broccoli Soup

This had a lot of flavor! It's the best broccoli soup recipe I've made so far. I made it just as written except that I used only 1 can of evaporated milk, which came to just about 1.5 cups instead of two.

Quick Pasta Carbonara
