Detroit Hot Honey Wings

We made these wings for a cookout and they were a huge hit. When the wings were about done on the grill, we basted them with some of the sauce. Then we put them on a platter and spooned the rest of the sauce over them. I had about six pounds of wings and doubled the recipe for the sauce. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Rolled Flank Steak

Delicious! I'm not a fan of provolone so I used cream cheese with chives and onion instead. I can't imagine eating this any other way. It took 50 minutes in my oven. Next time I will cook the bacon slightly but other than that and the cheese change, we loved it! Thank you for an amazing recipe.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

My new favorite recipe! We baked the pork in the oven at 350 for an hour because the weather was too nasty to grill. Other than that, we followed the recipe exactly. I do think it will be better on the grill and I can't wait to try it. Thank you for an amazing recipe.

Chicken Noodle Casserole

We loved this recipe! I had heavy cream leftover so I used that instead of the milk. It was more fattening that way but so creamy and good on a cold rainy night. Also, to save cooking time I bought a rotisserie chicken and picked the meat from that. We will be making this recipe again and again. Thanks for sharing.

BBQ Pork Salad with Summer Fruits and Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

We love this salad!!! We felt it was missing something when we first made it. We added goat cheese and it was the perfect addition. The dressing is delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe.

King Crab Appetizers

I really wasn't impressed. I made them for Christmas Eve, using king crab legs (like I always do when making crab dip, crab cakes, etc.) and I thought they tasted real fishy. Perhaps they need lemon juice? .

Creamy Chorizo and Chicken Soup

Love, love, love this soup! I've tried it with both chicken and shrimp and prefer the chicken. I use a whole pound of chorizo plus I add in some onion and peppers just because I like them. I've also used shredded rotisserie chicken and that works great. Amazing recipe!

My son regularly requests these awesome enchiladas. I use rotisserie chicken to save time and light sour cream, soup and cheese to reduce calories and they are still delicious! A+ recipe!

We love this quacamole! I don't know if I just get limes that are too big but using the juice from one lime was too much lime for us. We are using half a lime instead and adding a little extra if needed.

B.L.T. Salad with Basil Mayo Dressing

This is my favorite salad recipe on this site! The homemade croutons are amazing. I don't mix them in the salad because they get a little too mushy for my taste. I just put them in a bowl next to the salad and let everyone add their croutons to the top. I also end up using more bacon because it's just so good!
