Quick Tartar Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2014
I would give it 5 stars but I didn't use the mustard, so I can't rate it correctly. I thought it was wonderful and will use again, often. was better after it sat for an hour. i did notice it was "mayoish" but by the time i used it, the flavors had married and it was great. did use a bit more sweet relish because i was trying to use up the jar, so i eyeballed a little more mayo and lemon juice.

Tonkatsu / Katsu Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2013
this is my go to sauce for Katsu. it's as close to what we get in Hawaii when making Chicken Katsu. you MUST let is sit. you CANNOT just serve it. i mean i guess you can but it won't taste right.

Grilled Mongolian Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2013
I have made this several times already and I just had to comment. Don't be thrown off by how many ingredients there are, they all work beautifully together and the taste is amazing. don't try to add more or take away anything. you will NOT be disappointed! TIP: if you are using the think chops marinate overnight and remember to turn them or if using the bag option, adjust the chops in the bag, several times. i use boneless chops about an inch thick ( i have small kids and its just what we buy lol) the flavor is amazing. USE the sauce. creme fraiche is hard to come by where i live so I use sour cream. (not saying this works for dessert, it will separate, but in this it does.)

Chicken and Green Chili Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
these were great! wouldn't change a thing about them. just remember how hot they are depends of the sauce you buy. Cuz of my little babies i buy the mild red sauce. but keep everything else the same. Also if using flour tortillas don't sauce them right away. let them cook for about 15 minutes then add the sauce and top with cheese and olives if you like them, put back in the oven till cheese is melted on top. mm mmm good ! thanks for the recipe!

Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
this was very good i was a little skeptical about the cake mix but wow! and i did half brown half white sugar plus the nut meg and added more cinnamon. I also cut them a little smaller because people were saying they were large. they came out just the right size for kids and myself. my kids polished off a whole try in less then 20 minutes lol =] my kids make me swear i would make these again every weekend =] oh and i would have taken a picture but i went to make some milk and when i turned around they had demolished the tray lol next time i'll remember to take the picture BEFORE getting them milk.
