Update 2/15/12. I made this again today and it was amazing. The changes I made this time was to add some more herbs, garlic salt and a bit of parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. For the broth, I dissolved a Knorr chicken stock in 3/4 cup of white wine. It added amazing flavor! I also put the cheese on just about 5 minutes before it was done, so as to not brown it. I served it with pasta sauted in the same pan I browned the chicken in, with olive oil, green onion, minced garlic and laughing cow garlic and herb cheese. Thicken the broth by reducing it stovetop and spoon over. Amazing!
Original review: This is a wonderful recipe. I overcooked it a bit, and didn't use enough cheese, and my husband still loved it. Next time I'll add some more seasoning though, the bread alone wasn't quite enough for us. Still, delish!
