Jimmy's Mexican Pizza
I used to LOVE Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza before I became a conscientious consumer. Now I won't go near the place, but this recipe gives me that taste I have been missing. The first time I made it I found the bottom tortilla was too soft, so now I put just the bottom in the oven for about 3-4 minutes before I spread the beans and meat on it. I have tried it with beef and turkey and both are equally delicious. The only other change I make is to use taco sauce instead of salsa under the cheese. I am so happy I found this recipe!

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Peppers
My family made this the other night and we did not care for it. The pork was dry, the red peppers were mushy, and the sauce was just bad. Two of our family's favorite recipes are peanut butter and soy sauce based, so we were really looking forward to this. We even put some in the dog's bowl and she wouldn't eat it!

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
This was a hit in our family! I did not bother to brown the chicken like some reviewers said and it was fine. I also had run out of garlic so I just used about 1/2 tsp or so of garlic powder. My only complaint is that the chicken was a bit dry. Next time I may try bone-in thighs or try cooking boneless on low. Either way, this recipe is a keeper!
