Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
This was absolutely scrumptious!! I substituted the artichokes for marinated mushrooms and it was just delicious. Putting in the slow cooker was also a great idea. I was able to do some baking while that was cooking away. Thank you.

Tasty but I would definitely do without the chicken broth for the next time.

Tender Flank Steak

Very tasty. I made a 2 lb. portion of beef. Next time I wouldn't use so much Soy sauce and may add more heat to it.

Chicken Vegetable Barley Soup

I altered this recipe to suit my taste. I eliminated the almonds, mushrooms and butter. Added 1 more onion and Adobo seasoning. Throwing all this in to the crockpot made it even better.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2013
This is the first I've made this recipe and everyone loved it!! I did adjust the serving size to 10 which meant I needed just 2 packages of biscuit dough which was the exact amount to fill a Bundt pan. I, also, did not use raisins or walnuts and used butter instead. It was just as delicious. Definite keeper!!

Chef John's Pumpkin Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
WOW!!! These were great and my kids loved them. I did alter it a bit though. I left out the ginger, and added 1 tablespoon more of brown sugar, 1/4 cup more milk and unsalted butter to cook them. They came out light and fluffy. Just DELISH!!
